Citizen's Association "Balkanrock" is founded as apolitical, non-governmental and unprofitable citizen's association whose one of the basic aims is the increasing of the number and quality of cultural events together with the raising of cultural consciousness, that is, the increasing of consciousness about the importance of culture in the development of healthy social community and the promotion of young artistic potentials.
