Udruzenje gradjana "Balkanrock" osnovano je kao nestranacko, nevladino i neprofitno udruzenje gradjana ciji je jedan od osnovnih ciljeva povecanje broja i kvaliteta kulturnih desavanja uz istovremeno podizanje kulturne svesti tj. povecanje svesti o vaznosti kulture u izgradnji zdrave drustvene zajednice i promovisanje mladih umetnickih potencijala. Ciljevi Udruzenja: - Promovisanje rok kulture i podizanje svesti drustvene zajednice o vaznosti rok kulture;
- Promovisanje i afirmacija mladih muzickih sastava;
- Organizacija kulturnih manifestacija i delatnosti u cilju afirmacije mladih bendova;
- Organizacija edukativnih kurseva za svoje clanove i za sve zainteresovane gradjane;
- Organizacija javnih predavanja domacih i stranih strucnjaka iz razlicitih srodnih kulturnih oblasti;
- Organizacija umetnickih radionica;
- Saradnja sa slicnim organizacijama u Srbiji, celom regionu kao i slicnim medjunarodnim organizacijama.

The Aims of the Association |

Citizen's Association "Balkanrock" is founded as apolitical, non-governmental and unprofitable citizen's association whose one of the basic aims is the increasing of the number and quality of cultural events together with the raising of cultural consciousness, that is, the increasing of consciousness about the importance of culture in the development of healthy social community and the promotion of young artistic potentials. The Aims of the Association: - Promotion of rock culture and raising of the consciousness of social community about the importance of rock culture afirmation;
- Promotion and afirmation of young musical bands;
- Organization of cultural events and activities with the aim of promoting young bands;
- The organization of educational courses for its members and for all interested citizens;
- Organization of public lectures of domestic and foreign experts from various related cultural areas;
- Organization of artistic workshops;
- Cooperation with similar organizations in Serbia, the whole region as well as similar international organizations;
